Christmas Time!

Hey all!!  Phew, the holi-daze have come and gone.  I have to say I had much anticipation this year for both Thanksgiving and Christmas!  I really was in the spirit.  I was sooo excited knowing that I was going to be hosting family for both events.  My Mom came down for Thanksgiving and what a treat that was having her here helping me deck the halls for Christmas. This year I was so excited and had such grand plans, but a lot of the dreams of sugar plums and such just got passed over and tucked away til next year.  Thats okay.  The main thing is to stay in the spirit of the season and really just enjoy blessing others and being blessed.  Next year I will get back to my cookie baking for family & friends, next year I'll sew those stockings I had bought fabric for, next year I'll put the icicle lights up on the house, maybe even next year i'll manage to do the Christmas card.  As for this year....Ive moved 3 x's, and I just needed to go with the flow and see how everything played out.  And I must say...the season was magnificent, I had the best time with friends and family.  I even managed to get the house a little festive....we cut down a tree, and trimmed it with a lot of home made ornaments!  I even managed to get my victorian ornament making crafts out and made six more glitter stars for the tree!  Oh what fun it was!  I hope y'all had a festive heartwarming season as Mr. Sassafras and I have had.  We are so blessed by such wonderful people in our lives.  We are blessed with abundance, a beautiful roof over our heads, fabulous food on our tables and the warmth of family in our home for the holidays. We have health and happiness and a new year to continue to create our lives and await the blessings God has in store for us. Love you & Enjoy our holiday pictures!
